This chardonnay is made with the oldest vines on the Home Hill property. Whole bunch pressed, no oak, partial malo and the lees were stirred every two weeks.
Aromas of stewed apple, apricot and nectarine.
This wine is a pure expression of the fruit & vintage. Lean acidity with good structure and well balanced with a long and persistent finish.
