Delivery Information
We deliver Australia wide via Australia Post. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery after placing your order.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking notification to track your wine. Please
understand that these time frames increase significantly around Christmas. Please contact
us if you have any questions regarding your wine delivery. We try to avoid shipping on Fridays to avoid the wine
being held in storage over a weekend at Australia Post and the potential heat issues that could arise.
If you wish to order wine for posting overseas, please email us first to discuss info@homehillwines.com.au
Damages During Transit
In the unlikely event that your wine was damaged during transit, please do not accept delivery from Australia Post
and email us as soon as possible at info@homehillwines.com.au to arrange a replacement or refund.
LOCAL PICK UP is available when purchasing our products through our online store for those in (southern) Tasmania. Just select 'Local Pick Up' and no delivery fee will be charged. We will contact you to let you know when the order is ready to be collected from our Cellar door.
