Cold soaked for 2 days with skins on, matured in 60% stainless steel & 40% old French oak. Aromas of white flowers, lemon myrtle & citrus. the palate is very fresh, soft & lean, full flavoured & textured throughout, while natural acidity provides length & a clean elegant long lingering finish.
